In Waconia, strong businesses and strong communities go hand in hand, and the Waconia Chamber of Commerce is proud to support both by promoting a positive business environment while enhancing quality of life across our community. At the heart of our mission is a shared passion for advocating for local businesses and working collaboratively to ensure Waconia remains a thriving place to live, work, and grow. This work comes to life through conversations, gatherings, relationship-building, and active engagement that keep our local businesses represented and heard.
At our recent Eggs and Issues gathering, we welcomed Doug Loon, President and CEO of the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, Representative Jim Nash, and Senator Julia Colman. The Sun Room at Paradise Commons was buzzing with energy as these leaders shared their perspectives on legislative priorities, economic trends, and policies affecting Minnesota’s business community. At the same time, they exemplified the Chamber’s spirit, one that fosters conversation, collaboration, and connection among members.
What’s next? We’ll continue the conversation on the challenges, topics, and priorities that matter to Minnesota’s business community.
Here’s where you can catch the Chamber in the coming months:
- Session Priorities – Feb 17th
- State of the City Luncheon – Thursday, March 26th at the Waconia Fire Department
- Retail Day at the Capitol – Tuesday, March 17th
- Chamber Day at Capitol – Wednesday, April 15th
