Waconia has 10 public and neighborhood parks with amenities including playground equipment, tennis courts, ball fields, a hockey rink, walking trails, picnic facilities and a fishing pier. Combine these amenities with beautiful landscapes and serene settings and you have a wonderful place to enjoy a quiet walk, catch a game, have a picnic or just gaze at the scenery. Waconia celebrates the summer season with Sunday Music in the Park and brightens up the holiday season with beautiful holiday lights and decorations in City Square Park.
